4: Can't think about what to write? Use this tool.

See this content in the original post

Do you ever have one of those days where you know you should send something to your email list but you don’t really know what to write?

So often in our businesses, we struggle to come up with content that our audience will enjoy. We overthink and get overwhelmed about what to write. If this sounds like you, you’re in the right place.

In today’s episode of ill communication, I’m sharing a simple tool to help you get those creative juices flowing so that you can get out of your head and get words onto a doc.

What is this amazing tool you ask? The tool I am talking about is a writing prompt. This is essentially a suggestion for something to write about. We often think of these for creative writing or journaling, but you can use them for emails, blog articles, or social media content as well. I love how writing prompts help you easily share your message with your audience.

Don’t let writer's block stop you from getting content out to your audience and growing your business. Using writing prompts is the perfect method for getting quality content out consistently.

Topics We Cover in This Episode:

  • What to do if you’re stumped on what to write

  • Why I love writing prompts

  • A writing prompt you can use in your business

  • Subject line inspiration

I hope you loved this episode and that you’ll use this month’s writing prompt in your business. My challenge to you is to sit down right now and write an email to your list using this prompt. I know you’ll love the results.

Any time you get stuck coming up with a content idea, come back to my podcast and search for a writing prompt to help spark an idea for your next email or post.

If you end up using this writing prompt, I would love it if you would tag me so that I can see what you come up with!
