I’m a mom of 2 teen boys and a wife to a gentle man who is my biggest cheerleader (getchu one of those). We live in one of the coldest cities in Canada.

I LOVE my collection of cookbooks, cooking mags and recipes - which may be why I also love copywriting formulas and frameworks (love a tried-and-true recipe)

I once drove over 2,200 km crammed in a small sedan with 4 of my giant man-friends to see the Beastie Boys in Seattle. BEST. CONCERT. EVER.

I’m a coffee snob - I love drinking doppio espressos out of beautiful china teacups

I’m the messiest Virgo you’ll ever meet - but all the other qualities add up! I’m also a Manifesting Generator, 8 Fact-Finder + 7 Quickstart, and I never remember my Enneagram.

In a previous career, I dressed in animal costumes and sang silly songs to teach campers to care about nature in one of Canada’s most beautiful mountain parks. There’s a CD floating around with me singing about AMPLEXUS - the quirky way frogs mate

Skiing, hiking, camping, luxury real estate shows, travelling around the world, eating amazing meals, Jane Austen, When Harry Met Sally, and 80s music and culture are my faves
